Stena Line was granted outline planning permission for Prosperity Parc by Anglesey County Council in July 2025. Prosperity Parc is the first major site to come forward as part of Anglesey Freeport, sitting within the Freeport’s “Anglesey Prosperity Zone” tax site. Following the announcement of the approval of the Freeport’s Full Business Case, the success of the technology park’s planning application marks a major step forward in delivering on the key growth commitments of the Freeport
